What you'll do
- Guide customers through financing with confidence, clarity, and a genuine commitment to their best interest
- Structure deals and collaborate with lenders to find the right fit for a diverse Santa Barbara clientele
- Present F&I products, warranties, GAP, and insurance, with expertise and transparency
- Serve as a trusted partner to the sales team, ensuring every delivery reflects the standard we've built our reputation on
What you bring
- Proven experience in automotive F&I
- Deep understanding of credit analysis, compliance, and deal structuring
- Professionalism and composure, you represent the brand in every interaction
- CDK experience preferred, but not required
- California DMV Salesperson License (or ability to obtain)
