Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly connected marketer/business development professional with existing relationships in the nursing home and assisted living industry. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and bringing new facilities onboard for our behavioral healthcare services.
The ideal candidate understands the long-term care environment, has a strong network within skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and can effectively communicate the value of behavioral health services to administrators, directors of nursing, social workers, and ownership groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care organizations
- Identify and secure new facility partnerships for behavioral health services
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking activities with facility leadership
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing partner satisfaction
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective facilities and track outreach activities
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and healthcare networking events
- Serve as the primary liaison between partner facilities and the behavioral healthcare team
- Understand facility challenges and present customized behavioral health solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly partnership and growth targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience marketing to or working with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or long-term care organizations
- Existing relationships with facility administrators, regional operators, or ownership groups strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or provider relations
- Knowledge of behavioral health, psychiatry, psychology, or healthcare services preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel locally/regionally as needed
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
