Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Lifestyle Marketing team dedicated to attracting and retaining customers through compelling storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. In this role, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generating engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and fostering recognition of loyalty benefits. Reporting to the Director of Lifestyle Brand Marketing, you will help execute marketing strategies, coordinate marketing plans, oversee creative project management, and support the launch of new brands both internally and externally. As a brand steward, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing tactics align with the brand strategy and identity of each Lifestyle brand, driving brand salience, brand love, and loyalty among existing customers while also engaging emerging traveler segments.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans that support brand objectives
- Maintain brand standards and consistencies across the category
- Support brand identity execution including project management, hotel collateral, photography, logo creation, and compliance
- Provide strategic support for sales collateral, event marketing, and branded promotional item sourcing
- Support creative project management across the category
- Maintain critical digital channels across the category
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and represent the brand in interdepartmental projects and task forces
- Work closely with HSM, Markit, and internal communications teams to ensure collateral is available to hotels and that communication is clear
- Support key brand initiatives from ideation to execution
- Contribute to category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts
- Help launch new brands and assist with brand refreshes across the category
Skills
- Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and multi-channel campaign execution
- Ability to maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across multiple brands and channels
- Proficiency in developing presentations and working with spreadsheet applications
- Experience with online project management software and workflow applications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent brand interests in interdepartmental initiatives
- Strategic thinking with the ability to support both high-level planning and day-to-day execution
- Experience supporting brand identity work, including collateral development and creative asset management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of supporting the management and execution of marketing programs and partnerships
- 1+ years of experience using online project management software to monitor and manage defined workflows from beginning to end
- Experience overseeing marketing and promotional activities, including schedules, scope, and marketing budgets
- Experience in brand identity work and developing templates and playbooks for regional and hotel use
- Experience in all aspects of developing, executing, and analyzing marketing plans
