About Us
RideWorks.com is Michigan’s largest pre-owned UTV dealership, specializing in high-volume sales of Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, and more.
We sell a large number of units every month and are expanding our team to keep up with demand.
Position Overview
We are hiring one experienced sales professional to join our growing dealership.
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. You will be working directly with customers to sell UTVs and manage deals from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level role — prior sales experience is required.
Compensation Structure
- 1-month paid training salary
- After training: 100% commission-based
- No cap on earnings
- High unit volume = strong income opportunity
Responsibilities
- Work inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Assist customers in selecting the right UTV
- Close deals and manage the sales process
- Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline
- Coordinate with team on inventory and delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required)
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred (Not Required)
- Powersports, automotive, or dealership experience
- Experience with high-ticket sales
