The Role
As part of a fast-growing team, we're looking for someone to own how the brand looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere it lives. This is a builder role for someone who can do it all — shoot it, cut it, design it, post it, and grow it. You'll be the creative engine behind Nuey: in the clinic capturing content one day, transforming that footage into paid ads the next, managing our social calendar, and working with influencers and press to expand our reach. You're equally comfortable behind a camera, inside an editing timeline, and inside the DMs.
What You'll Own
- Content capture: Shoot photo and video in-clinic and on location — treatments, environments, team, and guest moments. You direct the shoot and you run the camera.
- Organic social media management (IG + TikTok + YouTube): Own the end-to-end calendar — planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management across channels. Create and post native, trend-aware content – you know what plays on each platform and you ship consistently. Keep the feed cohesive and the comments and DMs warm and responsive.
- Paid ad transformation + design: Turn raw capture into scroll-stopping Meta (Instagram + Facebook) ad creative — feed, carousel, story, and Reel formats. Design on-brand graphics, price-forward layouts, and CTA-driven creative that converts new guests, working hand-in-hand with our CMO on campaign strategy.
- Influencer management: Source, vet, and manage relationships with local creators and influencers. Coordinate collaborations, briefs, deliverables, and gifting.
What You Bring
- Experience creating content and running social media — ideally for a consumer brand in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality. You live in social platforms, you get the formats and trends as they happen, and you know what actually drives engagement and bookings.
- Proficiency across the full content toolkit. You're skilled at shooting and editing video (CapCut or similar) and designing in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- You thrive in a startup environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, you're scrappy and resourceful, wear multiple hats without complaint, and move fast in a build-as-you-go setting.
- A sharp, instinctive creative eye. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, you have a clear point of view on what good looks like, and you hold a high bar for every frame, cut, and caption that goes out the door.
- An execution-first, outcomes-obsessed mindset. You produce a high volume of quality work consistently and without being chased, and you measure it by what it drives — not how much of it there was.
