Crimp-Tech Hydraulics is expanding and seeking an experienced outside sales professional to grow our customer base through site visits and relationship building in the construction, trucking, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new accounts by being visible on job sites, shops, and yards
- Conduct regular on-site customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships
- Promote our mobile hose repair service and in-shop repair service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years B2B outside sales experience (industrial/construction background preferred)
- Strong people skills and ability to connect face-to-face with customers
- Self-starter with a territory growth mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (DOE)
- Commission: Uncapped, OTE $90,000–$120,000+
- Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, phone/fuel allowance
