Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Manage content creation including writing compelling copy, designing graphics with Adobe Creative Suite, and editing images using Adobe Photoshop to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Optimize website content using SEO tools, keyword research, and content management systems like WordPress to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct performance analysis utilizing Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms while managing social media accounts through social media management tools.
- Assist in implementing marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and streamline outreach efforts for B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Strong skills in content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop.
- Knowledge of website management platforms like WordPress and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is preferred; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
