About the Role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of an innovative diagnostic portfolio. Working alongside Global Product Managers and passionate cross-functional partners, you will help turn market insights into impactful product strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to learn from industry experts, expand their marketing toolkit, and contribute to products that genuinely improve lives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Product Strategy and Lifecycle Support: Assist in executing initiatives that drive portfolio growth, support forecasting, and help gather customer insights for future product planning.
- Market and Customer Insights: Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity, and analyze internal data to support smart, data-driven decision-making.
- Commercialization Support: Help coordinate exciting new product launches and updates, and develop internal resources that empower commercial teams.
- Performance and Operational Monitoring: Keep a pulse on success by monitoring sales trends, demand signals, and product adoption indicators.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect the dots across the organization by partnering daily with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Scientific Affairs.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, product management support, or related roles. Experience within a healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environment is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and top-tier project coordination skills. You enjoy managing multiple priorities and keeping projects moving smoothly.
- Mindset: An analytical thinker who loves interpreting market data, combined with a warm, collaborative communication style.
