Role Description
This is a flexible hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position would only require periodic in-office participation in Detroit, MI. Therefore, we are open to candidates based in different regions given this flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization's online presence. We are looking primarily for candidates with deep knowledge of SEO/SEM/SO and PPC marketing strategy and execution. Candidates should have a solid foundation in Google Ad strategies and such certifications are highly desirable. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic, developing online marketing campaigns, and fostering engagement with targeted audiences. The role involves effective communication with internal teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM and PPC marketing
- Google Ads certifications is highly advantageous
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience in Digital Marketing, including campaign planning and execution
- Ability to utilize Web Analytics tools to evaluate and optimize performance
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, computer science, or a related field. Any bachelor's degree will be considered with the right experience.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a similar field is a plus but not required
