The Role
Our go-to-market engine is expanding quickly. We run coordinated campaigns across four account tiers and leverage technology that surfaces past champions, job-change signals, intent data, and website visitors — creating a constant stream of high-value opportunities that only matter if someone acts on them quickly and precisely.
As our Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day running of our marketing technology stack and execute the campaigns it powers. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, your role is to ensure the right people are identified, the right campaigns are launched, the data stays clean, and performance is accurately measured.

You'll gain hands-on experience with a modern GTM technology stack while supporting campaigns for globally recognized technology brands.
Key Responsibilities
Signal & Technology Operations (Approximately 50%)
• Own the day-to-day administration of our marketing technology stack, monitoring surfaced signals and routing them to the appropriate campaign or stakeholder.
• Maintain tiered account and contact data, including list hygiene, enrichment, deduplication, segmentation, and CRM discipline.
• Build and maintain workflows that connect signals to campaigns and sales motions, ensuring opportunities are acted on quickly and effectively.
• Produce weekly reporting on signal volume, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution, highlighting insights and recommendations.
