Responsibilities
- The Land Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for prospecting, taking appointments scheduled by Intake Managers, and closing land deals by working with sellers interested in receiving cash for their vacant land.
- This role demands utmost dedication to fully capitalize on opportunities while consistently prospecting and following up with landowners who have expressed interest in selling their property, ultimately converting them into customers by securing a sale agreement.

- Strong inside sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Demonstrated grit, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Excel, and auto-dial platforms and dialer.
- Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a "get after it" attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving acquisition goals.
- Receive constructive feedback and coaching daily.
- Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission opportunities.
- Base pay is provided during ramp-up and will continue throughout while commission earnings are established.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
