Financial Services Administrator
Position Description:
The Financial Services Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional client support to Advisors. This role encompasses preparing client account paperwork, maintaining data in portfolio management and CRM software, and assisting with Advisor projects, meetings, and compliance.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Daily:
- Review daily transactions and alerts.
- Reconcile client accounts.
- Process, track, and verify client deposits and withdrawals.
- Communicate with clients and advisors regarding client requests.
Monthly:
- Maintain the Income Needs spreadsheet.
- Alert account managers when money market balances are insufficient to cover withdrawals, and trades are needed.
Quarterly:
- Assist with the quarterly performance statement process.
- Prepare additional reports requested by Advisors.
Annually:
- Prepare Gain/Loss/Dividend summaries for tax-sensitive clients.
- Prepare YTD Realized Capital Gain/Loss totals to identify tax planning opportunities.
Ongoing:
- Prepare account paperwork and welcome packets for new clients.
- Manage forms for existing clients as requested.
- File trade orders with confirms in client files.
- Assist the team with client annual review preparation.
- Handle other projects and tasks as requested by Advisors.
- Assist with maintaining software integrations and problem-solving issues.
- Maintain and run reports for the compliance checklist.
- Assist Advisors with updating financial plans and estate plans for clients.
Supporting the Team:
Efficient and effective processing of client needs is crucial. While each team member has specific duties, a collaborative approach is essential. The Financial Services Administrator may be required to support other staff members when workload permits.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wages based on similar administrative specialist positions in the Mankato area. Starting pay is determined at the 60th percentile of local wages, increasing with experience and performance.
- A quarterly profit-sharing bonus, contingent on the company’s net income, provides additional income.
Evaluation:
An annual performance review is conducted on or around the hiring anniversary date. This review includes input from both the Office Manager and an Advisor and is a verbal exchange between all parties.

Additional Schedule Details:
From May through September, our office closes at noon on Fridays. Normal business hours are M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
