Intelvio · Full-time
Sr. Marketing Operations Manager
About the role
Intelvio is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to lead the systems, data, automation, and measurement infrastructure that powers marketing performance across our healthcare education brands. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, Customer Experience, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns, customer journeys, reporting, and marketing technology work together seamlessly. You'll serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization — translating strategy into scalable systems, improving visibility into performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize the marketing operating system. Partner with marketing leadership, Product Marketing Managers, and channel owners to translate business objectives, campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and lifecycle requirements into scalable systems, workflows, automation, and governance frameworks.
- Own the marketing technology ecosystem. Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, analytics, reporting, and integration platforms while ensuring platform health, governance, adoption, security, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead lifecycle marketing infrastructure. Develop and maintain segmentation, lead routing, lead scoring, qualification workflows, lifecycle governance, and customer journey automation that support acquisition, enrollment, retention, and customer engagement goals.
- Drive measurement, attribution, and business intelligence. Own analytics and measurement infrastructure, including attribution, conversion tracking, reporting standards, dashboards, audience insights, and executive reporting that support data-driven decision-making.
- Establish data governance and operational excellence. Maintain data quality standards, operational controls, documentation, workflows, and quality assurance processes that ensure marketing systems and data remain accurate, scalable, and actionable.
- Enable cross-functional execution. Serve as the operational bridge between Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, and leadership teams to align systems, processes, reporting, and customer lifecycle execution.
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology. Identify, implement, and optimize technologies, integrations, and automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, measurement capabilities, and organizational performance.
- Measure, improve, and scale. Monitor system performance, attribution quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, customer experience, and business impact.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing technology, CRM administration, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience administering marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar systems.
- Experience designing and managing lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including segmentation, lead routing, lead scoring, automation, and customer journey workflows.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Experience building dashboards, executive reporting, and performance measurement frameworks using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with integrations, workflow automation platforms, APIs, or data management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer experience, and leadership teams while managing multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting multi-brand, multi-segment, or multi-location organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare, education, training, certification, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing operations, automation, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
