Digital Content & Communications Specialist
Love digital storytelling, travel, and luxury design? Breeez, Inc. is looking for a strategic, visually driven wordsmith to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
This is a mid-level role where you will split your talents between leading Breeez’s own internal marketing activity and executing high-quality copywriting and social assets for our clients in the luxury pool and travel sectors.
Note: We aren’t looking for an influencer; we are looking for a content strategist and technician—someone who loves the craft of design, the power of SEO/AEO, and the satisfaction of a perfectly executed multi-channel campaign.
The Role: Strategy, Production & Execution
This is a hands-on role where you will drive successful organic social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. You will establish Breeez as a voice of authority in the digital and AI space while supporting our lead strategists on the client side.
- Breeez Internal Marketing: Own our editorial calendar. You’ll research and write articles (collaborating with our technical team), manage and grow our social media channels, and build case studies that highlight our unique capabilities.
- Email Marketing: Design, format, and schedule monthly email campaigns to prospect lists using Mailchimp.
- Client Social Support: Work with Canva to design bespoke graphics, carousels, and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) that strictly adhere to client brand guidelines. Schedule and deploy content seamlessly using Agorapulse.
- Copywriting & Editing: Draft clear, professional, and engaging copy for client websites and articles. You will also assist the team with proofreading and editing to ensure a flawless standard across the board.
Who You Are (The "Must-Haves")
- Experience: 3+ years of professional marketing or copywriting experience (agency environment preferred).
- The "Eye": Knowledge of graphic design principles with advanced proficiency in Canva for posts and short-form videos, strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
- The "Pen": Exceptional literacy skills. You can shift seamlessly from writing a technical SEO or AEO-driven article about AI in marketing (leaning on the technical team, as an example) to writing a breezy, aspirational caption for a luxury travel brand—all in the correct voice, not your own.
- Agency Tools: Mastery over scheduling and marketing tools like Agorapulse and Mailchimp.
- Strategic Thinker: A good understanding of SEO, AEO, and social, and how linking these drives business growth.
- Detail Obsessed: You are a natural editor who catches every typo and thrives on organized execution—deadlines aren’t missed, and commas aren’t out of place.

- Job Type: Part-time (24 hours per week).
- Location: In-office at our Charlotte HQ (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
