We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to help us expand our reach across the healthcare industry.
The Role
As a Sales Executive at Ghost Metrics, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to demos and close. You'll be selling into a market where the pain is real, the urgency is high, and the product sells itself to anyone who understands the compliance landscape. This is a high-autonomy, remote role built for someone who is self-motivated, consultative, and hungry to grow with an early-stage company.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of healthcare providers, health systems, and digital agencies serving healthcare clients
- Run product demos and educate prospects on HIPAA analytics compliance
- Manage deals from first contact through signed agreement
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in healthcare, health tech, or healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare marketing, or compliance-driven sales is a strong plus
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Comfortable running remote demos and managing an async pipeline
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, conferences, or industry events as needed.
Compensation & Structure
- Small base salary + uncapped commission
- The more you close, the more you earn — top performers will be well rewarded
