What you'll be doing :
- Knocking doors, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Inspecting roofs (with drone and tech support).
- Building lasting relationships with homeowners.
- Guiding clients through insurance and repair processes.
- Representing Provision Roofing with professionalism and pride.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong work ethic, relentless consistency, and a commitment to growth
- Roofing or in-home sales experience? Even better.
- Competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong closer with empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Self-starter who thrives in high-performance environments.
- Comfortable on roofs and working outdoors.
- CRM experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
