Position Title: Sales Executive

Position Summary
ACS Web Design & SEO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand relationships with organizations seeking website design, web development, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI visibility, digital marketing, hosting, and website support services.
This position is responsible for prospecting, building relationships, identifying client needs, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing new business. The ideal candidate is a consultative salesperson who can effectively communicate the value of digital marketing and web technology to business owners, executives, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
The Sales Executive will work closely with ACS's design, development, SEO, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial conversation through project launch.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, cold outreach, strategic partnerships, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM.
- Present ACS services, capabilities, case studies, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Create and deliver proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Close new business opportunities while maintaining target profit margins.
- Maintain regular follow-up communications with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Coordinate smooth project handoffs to the production and account management teams.
Strategic Consulting
- Educate prospects on website design, SEO, GEO, AI search visibility, digital advertising, ADA compliance, hosting, cybersecurity, and related digital marketing services.
- Recommend solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within Zoho CRM.
- Track pipeline activity, proposal status, forecasts, and revenue performance.
- Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience conducting presentations and client meetings.
- Ability to understand business objectives and recommend strategic solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, websites, SaaS, technology solutions, or professional services.
- Familiarity with website development and digital marketing terminology.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Existing professional network within Central New York business communities.
- Experience working within an agency environment.
