Through creative storytelling, content, social media, events, photography, video, and digital marketing, we showcase the clubs we serve while continuing to grow awareness of the ARETYN brand.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida and help lead the next chapter of our marketing efforts.
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute ARETYN's marketing efforts across digital, social, email, content, events, and brand initiatives. This individual will play a key role in growing brand awareness, strengthening ARETYN's presence within the youth soccer landscape, and showcasing the stories, products, and experiences that make our brand unique.
In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen ARETYN's position as a leading teamwear partner for ambitious clubs across the United States. From social media campaigns and content creation to product launches, photography, video coordination, email marketing, and event promotion, you will help bring the ARETYN brand to life across every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects from concept to execution, and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on implementation. As a growing company, we are looking for someone who is excited to build, create, and continuously improve rather than simply maintain existing systems.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with company leadership to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives that support both short-term objectives and long-term growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on one of the fastest-growing brands in youth soccer while helping shape the future direction of ARETYN's marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Work closely with company leadership to develop and execute ARETYN's overall marketing strategy.
- Help strengthen and grow the ARETYN brand across all customer and club touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across all channels.
Content & Social Media
- Own and manage ARETYN's social media presence across all platforms.
- Develop content calendars and execute ongoing social media strategies.
- Create, coordinate, and publish content including club features, product launches, events, company updates, photography, video, graphics, and storytelling initiatives.
- Coordinate creative projects with photographers, videographers, designers, and other external partners.
Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and other digital channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, customer communications, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall marketing performance.
Events, Clubs & Product Marketing
- Lead marketing efforts surrounding club launches, product launches, tournaments, conventions, events, and company experiences.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, catalogs, brochures, signage, and sales collateral.
- Showcase club partners, customer success stories, company milestones, and new initiatives through creative marketing campaigns.
Website & Brand Assets
- Oversee website content, updates, and overall digital brand presentation.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, photography libraries, video content, and brand resources.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the presentation and visibility of the ARETYN brand.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic, and other key marketing metrics.
- Provide recommendations and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and overall brand growth.
- Track performance against company objectives and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, branding, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with photography, videography, graphic design, email marketing, website management, or content creation is a plus.
- Soccer and/or sports industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
