At Radish, we make getting care simple — every employee gets a doctor who knows them and their health plan, available same-day, without the runaround. We're growing fast, and we're looking for someone who wants to help more companies find us: a self-starter who likes building pipeline, keeping things organized, and starting the right conversations.
Full job description
We're hiring a Business Operations and Development Specialist to drive Radish's growth. The job is two halves. On the development side, you'll own the top of the funnel — finding the right people, starting the right conversations, and building pipeline that keeps our sales team moving. On the operations side, you'll keep our CRM clean and our workflows running so the whole team can move faster. You'll work with brokers, TPAs, resellers, and employers, support our leadership team, and have real influence on how we grow.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, curious, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Responsibilities
- Build and work the top of the funnel — find prospects, reach out, and qualify the leads worth pursuing
- Run outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to reach brokers and employers, with separate tracks for each
- Build and manage lead lists using research, the right tools, and your own read on which accounts are worth pursuing
- Keep HubSpot clean and useful — accurate records, clear deal stages, and workflows that cut manual work
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership a real-time view of pipeline health
- Use AI across business development to work faster and smarter
- Schedule discovery calls and demos, send timely follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Track competitor activity and spot markets where Radish should be active but isn't yet
- Share what you hear in the market with Marketing, Product, and Clinical so the whole team stays sharp
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) — you know or want to learn workflows, sequences, and reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, and outbound tools like Apollo
- Strong writer — you can send an email that actually gets opened
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling several things at once
- Nice to have: experience selling into HR, benefits, or the broker world, or a background in healthcare or health tech
Benefits
- Competitive salary with medical and dental insurance
- Generous paid time off and sick leave
- 401(k) plan
