Role Description This is a highly flexible, performance-based remote partnership for the Bouken Select program. Operating in a high-visibility, "front-of-house" capacity, you will serve as a core driver of syndicate growth and deal execution.
Your primary mandate is twofold: expanding our network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional LPs for deal-by-deal SPVs.
You will be expected to operate with ruthless efficiency. When provided with target lists & strategy, you will leverage automation tools to run standardized, evergreen outreach campaigns, executing the entire weekly operational process within a highly leveraged 3-to-4-hour window.
Additionally, you will partner closely with Bouken Ventures Fund’s operational team to evaluate pipeline opportunities and foster strategic relationships across the venture ecosystem.

- You have a proven ability to lead execution autonomously while collaborating effectively across internal divisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
