Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Territory Sales In-Charge to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage.
- Manage sales operations within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotions in the market
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues as per company policy
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the management
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and strategies
Job Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market handling
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel is an advantage)
