The firm provides Fractional Bookkeeping, Fractional Controller and Strategic CFO services, as well as M&A advisory to help clients manage complexity, drive growth, and exit.

Role Description This is a full-time Financial Analyst role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, offered in a hybrid arrangement with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Financial Analyst will support client engagements by building and maintaining financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Daily responsibilities include assisting with financial models, and preparing clear, data-driven presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
The role also involves collaborating with Fractional Bookkeepers & Fractional Controllers, to enhance the Fractional CFO financial processes, improve reporting quality, and contribute to strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple client engagements, and able to communicate complex financial insights in a concise, accessible way.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in corporate finance, with the ability to build and interpret three-statement financial models and forecasts.
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Understanding of GAAP-based accrual accounting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools; experience with accounting or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or in progress) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in consumer product & retail companies, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A is preferred but not required.
