Role Description The Digital Marketing Designer role at Bruno is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the Digital Marketing Designer develops visually compelling digital assets for campaigns, websites, social media, and email marketing. The role involves translating brand strategies into design concepts, creating and optimizing graphics and layouts, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Designer collaborates closely with marketing and recruitment teams to support employer branding, promotional materials, and candidate-facing communications.
