Operations Manager / Operations Director – Commercial HVAC & Cooling
We're partnered with a Commercial Cooling & HVAC specialist with a global presence. We're proudly presenting an opportunity to lead their Projects department.
This is a newly created leadership role and the most senior appointment in the department, offering the opportunity to shape its direction from the top. We’re looking for an Operations Manager / Operations Director to oversee the business unit, ensuring profitability, efficiency, natural growth and supply chain effectiveness nationally.
The business delivers replacement and upgrade HVAC projects across commercial environments, Schools, Hospitals, Retail Units, Automotive Facilities, and other large-scale buildings, typically modernising Air Conditioning, Air Handling, Applied Systems & wider HVAC equipment.
You'll lead an established team of HVAC Project Managers based in South Florida. This role would suit a Senior Manager, Service Director, Projects Director, Service Manager style individual with experience driving business growth

Operations Manager / Operations Director Requirements:
- Previous experience leading or managing Project Managers and project delivery teams
- Proven ability driving business growth & process implementation
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building capability
