Quadrillion is hiring a fall intern.
We build Qualia, an agentic research platform (think Jupyter or VS Code, but with AI agents that do the actual research). Our users are ML researchers, quants, and data scientists; our platform lets you finish an entire research project from a single prompt. We're a 12-person team in NYC, backed by $18.3M from Conviction, Audacious, Bloomberg Beta, ex/ante, and Wes McKinney (creator of pandas).
Our team is exceptional, with backgrounds spanning HRT, Google Research, DeepMind, Scale, and Stanford. You'd be working directly alongside them. Your role will be the same as any full-time engineer: shipping real product changes, fixing customer bugs, and building cool new features.
We're hiring a strong intern with significant engineering chops in either Python or React. We prefer sophomores and juniors but are open to frosh. You must be a current undergraduate at a US or Canada university.
We’re full-time, in-person in NYC. We pay well (cash and equity) and cover lunch/dinner, health insurance, and generous PTO for full-time employees.

We’re a team of ex-quants, founding engineers, and PhDs. Everyone on the team is our own customer: most of us are researchers (2k+ collective cites) and we’ve all spent many late nights writing horrible boilerplate code and cursing out Jupyter notebooks. We’re incredibly determined and relentless, and we expect to take over the market at short notice.
