Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Our client in the home services industry with multiple locations in IN and PA is looking to add a Sales Professional to their team. This is an all in office position with warm leads; so no cold calling.
So, candidates need to live within a commutable distance in the greater South Bend IN or Lewisburg, PA.
This position reports to our Sales Manager and they have a robust, procedure oriented training. This position is the first point of contact for homeowners and plays a central role in delivering an exceptional customer experience starting with the initial inbound call to them.
In this position, you would:
- Manage inbound calls
- Schedule appointments following a script
- Organize communication between teams
- Support homeowners through the early stages of their project
- Schedule inspections and coordinate calendars with outside sales so you have to be able to think through travel time, etc.
- Provide timely updates and follow-up communication to homeowners
- Keep CRM and customer records accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate internal communication with sales, production, and management
- Maintain office professionalism, organization, and workflow consistency
- Assist with internal administrative tasks as needed Requirements

This is an IN OFFFICE position from 8 am - 5 pm.Pay: Up to $20/hr. with guaranteed base commission for the first 30 days of employment and flat bonus per closed deal AND percentage of sales when monthly targets are met . Anticipated annual earnings of up to $175,000.
