SunRite Solar is hiring a Field Marketing District Manager (Massachusetts). Full-time 1099 $40,000–$50,000 base + commission Solar

SunRite Solar is growing across Massachusetts, and we're looking for a Field Marketing District Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door solar reps. If you've knocked doors, hit numbers, and led a team that did the same — this is your seat.
This is a player-coach role for someone who loves the field, knows how to set an appointment, and gets fired up developing other people to make a very good living doing the same. You'll own your district's marketing footprint and your team's performance.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and train new door-to-door solar reps
- Lead daily field operations — set the pace, knock alongside your team, and run accountability
- Drive appointment generation and qualified solar leads across your Massachusetts territory
- Coach reps on pitch, objection handling, and closing technique
- Hit and exceed district production targets
- Report on team metrics and territory performance
What You Bring
- Door-knocking experience (required) — you've done the work and have the numbers to prove it
- Team lead / management experience (required) — you've built or led a sales team
- A self-starter mindset — you run your district like it's your own business
- Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Availability for a full-time schedule including evenings and Saturdays
Solar industry experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right leader.
Compensation & Perks
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary + commission/bonus
- Overrides on your team's production
- Appointment Pay, Close Pay, and Install Pay
