ROLE OVERVIEW
The Junior Marketing & Design Coordinator supports The Lead's marketing team by executing day-to-day creative and digital production. You'll take brand assets, templates, and creative direction from the Creative Director and bring them to life across social, email, web, and event channels. The ideal candidate is agile, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their projects.

Reports To: Director of Marketing
Type: Part-Time Contract
Estimated Hours: ~20 hours/week (~90 hours/month)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Production & Design Execution
- Produce social assets, ad creative, and sponsor deliverables using established templates and brand guidelines
- Build and format emails in Figma & Hubspot
- Execute high-volume asset rollouts including speaker announcements, weekly social updates, and D60 honoree rollouts
- Maintain consistency of brand across all visual outputs
Web & Digital Operations
- Handle day-to-day website updates as needed
- Publish and QA email sends via HubSpot using provided briefs
- Support ad trafficking and asset uploads across relevant platforms
- Build Direct 60 List website & D60 NEXT website
Events & Video
- Capture onsite social content (photo/video) at The Lead events
- Support video production workflows
- Shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content
TOOLS & PLATFORMS
- Adobe Creative Suite – Must be proficient in graphic design
- Figma – Comfort with template-based design at speed
- HubSpot – email build and brief management
- Canva – secondary design work and quick-turn assets
- Wordpress – CMS familiarity for web updates (Hubspot)
- Social/video platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or content production (agency or in-house)
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design - social, email, and/or ads
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple asset requests simultaneously
- Strong eye for brand consistency; you notice when something is off
- Comfortable working asynchronously from a brief; doesn't need a lot of hand-holding
- Bonus: Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or DTC brand environments
