Pontem Medical Equipment is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on transforming patient care in Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine through non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical rehabilitation solutions.
We partner with physicians to provide innovative, insurance-covered solutions that improve patient outcomes while creating meaningful revenue opportunities for practices.
We’re looking for a high-energy, competitive Sales Representative to build and grow territory relationships across the South Jersey market.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role.
This is for someone who wants to hunt, build, compete, and be rewarded accordingly.

What you’ll do:
- Build and grow relationships with Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine providers
- Prospect and develop new business in your territory
- Educate providers and staff on our rehabilitation products and programs
- Manage your pipeline and daily activity inside CRM
- Drive account growth through consistent follow-up and execution
- Coordinate and support patient orders through completion
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base + uncapped commission
- Expected earnings at plan in first year: $100,000+
- Top performers can exceed plan significantly

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience OR healthcare background required
- Medical sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High ownership mentality
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the South Jersey area
Work Environment:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Field-based / day travel within territory
