Role Description The Sales Manager Food Products role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL. The individual in this role leads sales activities for the company’s spice and seasoning product lines, including managing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting in-person meetings with buyers, preparing product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal teams on forecasting, inventory needs, promotional plans, and customer feedback to help optimize product offerings. This role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, providing regular reports to leadership, and representing the company at industry events or trade shows as needed.
