Account Executive – Inbound Leads | Swiftlane
Location: In office — San Francisco, CA (HQ)
Compensation: OTE $140K–$250K (competitive base + uncapped commission)
Swiftlane is a VC-funded, high-growth proptech startup in San Francisco, modernizing access control and video intercom for multifamily and commercial buildings nationwide. We have strong product-market fit and a fast sales cycle, and we’re looking for an Account Executive who wants to accelerate their tech sales career in a role with clear upside and visibility.
You’ll work from our SF headquarters and close deals from a steady stream of qualified inbound opportunities, while also driving outbound where it makes sense. This is a fit if you’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by earning potential and growth
What you’ll do
- Manage and close a high volume of inbound opportunities each month.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
- Become an expert in Swiftlane’s access control and video intercom platform and the multifamily / commercial real estate use cases.
- Maintain a tight, accurate pipeline and forecast.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on messaging, feedback, and go-to-market experiments.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales track record or formal sales training (SDR, AE, or similar).
- High motivation to hit quota and earn accelerators.
- Strong follow-through, organization, and daily activity discipline.
- Tech savvy and a fast learner; comfortable selling a software-plus-hardware solution.
- Interest in building a long-term career in tech sales, not just a short stop.
