Junior Graphic Designer who has a strong foundation in visual design and is excited to grow within an agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer who loves creating thoughtful, polished work across both print and digital mediums while learning from an experienced creative team.
If you’re someone with a great eye for design, a positive attitude, and a portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals, we’d love to hear from you.

- Create layouts for a variety of visual communications, including publications, digital media, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and fellow designers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
- Execute designs across a variety of brands while adapting to different visual styles and client needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop content for web, mobile, video, and other marketing platforms.
- Incorporate creative feedback thoughtfully and refine work through multiple rounds of revisions.

- Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator strongly preferred).
- Basic understanding of print production, photography, illustration, and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous agency experience.
- Experience working across multiple brands or industries.
- Interest in branding, destination marketing, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle clients.
What We’re Looking For
This team is looking for a true
designer—someone who enjoys crafting beautiful, well-executed work rather than focusing primarily on creative direction or concepting. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, is eager to continue developing their skills, and thrives in a collaborative agency environment where they’ll receive mentorship while contributing meaningful creative work from day one.
If you’re ready to build your career alongside an experienced creative team while working on a diverse mix of branding and marketing projects, we’d love to connect.
