Lingua Franca is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our digital business. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is excited by both the analytical and creative sides of brand building, from ecommerce merchandising and site updates to digital marketing support, newsletter coordination, and marketing campaign execution.
This person will work closely across ecommerce, marketing, and creative to help keep the business moving. The right candidate is proactive, eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced luxury brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Support
- Assist with product launches, collection updates, and merchandising on the website
- Help maintain product pages, including copy updates, imagery, tagging, and product organization
- Support site audits to ensure products, collections, navigation, and content are accurate and up to date
- Assist with promotional setup, homepage updates, and campaign execution
- Monitor site experience and flag issues related to product pages, checkout, inventory display, or customer flow
- Own day-to-day product uploads in Shopify, including entering product details, variant setup, pricing, metadata, and imagery across all relevant collections
- Ensure all product pages meet brand standards for copy, imagery, and formatting prior to go-live; assist with copy editing and proofing of product descriptions, collection blurbs, and site-facing text
- Maintain and organize the Shopify backend — including product tagging, collection assignment, inventory status updates, and seasonal archiving
- Support the build-out and QA of new collections and landing pages, ensuring accurate linking, imagery sequencing, and content accuracy across desktop and mobile
- Execute routine site copy edits and updates as directed, including navigation labels, banners, PDPs, and any copy changes tied to campaign or editorial moments
Marketing Support
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including asset coordination, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment via the email platform (Klaviyo or similar)
- Assist with building and proofing newsletters — pulling copy, sourcing imagery, formatting templates, and QA-ing links and rendering prior to send
- Help maintain the email marketing calendar, tracking send cadence, subject lines, and performance notes
- Support paid social and digital advertising efforts by assisting with asset organization, copy versioning, trafficking creative to the appropriate platforms, and flagging performance anomalies
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and meet platform specs across email, paid, and organic channels
- Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs, post-mortems, and performance recaps, pulling data from relevant platforms and formatting for internal review
- Help manage and maintain the brand's social media presence by scheduling content, drafting captions, and supporting community engagement as directed
- Track and organize campaign assets, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible to cross-functional team members
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, fashion, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in fashion, storytelling, ecommerce, and digital culture
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Instagram, and influencer tools is a plus, but not required
