Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing team by transforming data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing data across multiple channels, build dashboards, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations to optimize ROI and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion trends.
- Track website, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising performance.
- Conduct customer segmentation and audience analysis to improve targeting strategies.
- Measure Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and provide optimization recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across marketing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
