Role Description
We are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our DTC channel and help deliver a seamless, elevated online experience that reflects the brand at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone organized and process-oriented who wants to grow within ecommerce at a fast-paced luxury brand.
You will own much of the operational rhythm of the site, from returns processing and inventory accuracy to site QA and product data integrity. You will partner closely with operations, customer service, and the broader team to keep launches, promotions, and the storefront running accurately and on brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Order and customer operations
— Oversee daily order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate processing of all online orders.
— Monitor order exceptions, payment issues, cancellations, and shipping delays, escalating as needed.
— Coordinate with the fulfillment and customer service team to resolve fulfillment issues and order discrepancies.
— Own end-to-end returns processing, issuing refunds and store credit in line with brand policy once quality control is complete, and reconciling accurately against the returns log.
— Assist with investigating lost packages, delivery exceptions, and customer order discrepancies.
Product and site management
— Upload new products, collections, and content using our established PDP format.
— Maintain accurate product information, pricing, imagery, sizing, and merchandising attributes, including Shopify tags and metafields that support filtering and discoverability.
— Conduct daily site QA to ensure products, collections, promotions, navigation, and checkout are functioning properly.
— Identify and escalate site bugs and merchandising issues, maintaining a site issues tracker to inform future CRO and testing strategy.
Inventory and operations
— Perform regular inventory reconciliations and bi-weekly stock counts.
— Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock discrepancies with warehouse and merchandising teams.
— Support product launches by confirming inventory, product setup, and merchandising readiness.
Reporting and administrative support
— Maintain operational trackers and documentation, including the unfulfilled orders tracker.
— Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on returns, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment metrics, and pull ATS reports for the sales team.
— Support ad-hoc cross-functional projects across ecommerce, operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
— Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiencies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
— 1 to 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital operations, or merchandising, ideally at a DTC fashion, beauty, or luxury brand.
— Familiarity with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
— Strong proficiency in Excel, including sorting, lookups, filtering, and basic formulas for product data, pricing, and reporting.
— Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy in product data and on-site presentation.
— Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
— Experience with Route returns platform and ERP Systems.
— Curiosity for using AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in data-heavy and operational workflows.
— A strong visual sensibility and an interest in luxury fashion and customer experience.
