Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative – Wound Care. The Sales Representative will identify and develop new accounts, build relationships with healthcare providers, and promote NHMS biologics and advanced wound care solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person meetings (where applicable), presenting product benefits, providing clinical and product education, and following up on leads and opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, supporting practice optimization efforts, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Sales Representative will work toward defined sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide feedback that supports continuous improvement of NHMS offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with a hunter / territory builder mentality.
- Knowledge of wound care, biologics, or related medical products, or willingness to quickly learn clinical concepts.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for both virtual and in-person interactions.
- Comfort with remote work, including use of CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and standard office software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
- Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
