· Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, board grades, flute profiles, and emerging packaging technologies to inform design decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Structural Packaging Design: Use CAD software (Impact CAD, Artios CAD) to develop corrugate structural designs, dielines, and production specifications.
· Corrugate Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for all corrugate design and production opportunities, interfacing with the sales team and customers as needed.
· Prototyping and Sampling: Use digital and physical design tools to prototype and refine packaging on-site. Assist with sample-making, cutting, folding, and gluing.

· Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Illustrator, for dieline and artwork handoff.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
