About Calonie
Calonie is a growing premium children's outerwear brand creating innovative, stylish, and functional apparel for kids. We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to help develop future collections and bring new product ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Design seasonal children's outerwear and apparel collections
- Create technical sketches and detailed design packages
- Research fashion, color, print, and market trends
- Develop new silhouettes, trims, fabrics, and graphic concepts
- Work closely with our development and production teams to bring designs from concept to production
- Assist with color palettes, print direction, and collection storytelling
Requirements
- Experience designing apparel collections (children's, outerwear, sportswear, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing original product design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to create professional tech packs and design specifications
- Strong sense of color, trends, and brand identity
Nice to Have
- Experience with children's apparel
- Experience designing outerwear, puffer jackets, fleece, or activewear
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and performance fabrics
