Junior Marketing Specialist - Wilding Hotels
About Wilding
Wilding Hotels is a luxury landscape hotel brand. We build destinations where design, place, and hospitality meet, from Alaska to Texas our hotels create spaces for people to restore and connect. Our marketing tells the story of those places: the lake, the aurora, the quiet of a well-made space. We are looking for someone to own that storytelling end to end.
The Role
This is a hands-on, junior-level role with real ownership. You will both produce the work and help drive the direction behind it. You do not need decades of experience. You need initiative, taste, and the willingness to keep us moving without being told twice.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations. There is room here to review strategy together, test ideas, and grow into a senior marketing seat as the brand expands. The person we hire takes the ball and runs with it.
What You Will Own
- Plan and produce social content, including short-form video editing and graphic design.
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar across properties.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns, and bring forward what is working and what is not.
- Build and send email and CRM campaigns through our marketing systems.
- Track performance, pull the numbers, and report on them clearly every week.
- Set the direction for upcoming content and campaigns, then execute it. We will review ads, analysis, and direction together, but you own the momentum.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Strong content creation and design skills. You can both shoot and edit short-form video and produce clean, on-brand graphics.
- A real understanding of design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of paid advertising.
- Comfort with analytics and reporting: you can pull data, read it, and explain what it means.
- Email and CRM campaign experience.
- Bring familiarity with AI tools, or a strong willingness to learn, and support the team in using AI thoughtfully to improve marketing workflows, content development, customer segmentation, reporting, campaign planning, and operational efficiency.
- Help test, organize, and document AI-supported marketing processes so the team can move faster while maintaining brand quality and accuracy.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, platform updates, data pulls, content uploads, campaign QA, and other hands-on marketing operations tasks as needed.
- Help ensure marketing materials, automations, and communications are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with Wilding’s guest experience, Owners Club messaging, and broader company growth goals.
Just as important:
- You take initiative. You do not wait for a task list. You see what needs doing and move.
- You write and design with care. No generic, filler hospitality language.
- You are organized, clear, and reliable in how you communicate.
Why This Role
You will have ownership uncommon for a junior seat, a direct line to leadership, and the chance to shape the marketing of a growing luxury brand. We invest in people who prove they can run.
To apply: Send your resume, a short note on why this role fits you, and links to content or campaigns you have produced.
