About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Territory Representative to support retail operations across the U.S. In this role, you will work closely with retail partners, agency teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive retail execution, strengthen store relationships, and support new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- sExecute regional retail plans to ensure strong in-store execution and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail stores and provide regular market and store performance feedback.
- Monitor retail execution remotely, ensuring compliance with company standards, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate new product launches and seasonal campaigns across assigned territories.
- Partner with agencies and retail teams to improve brand visibility, merchandising, inventory management, and sell-out performance.
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to drive retail coverage and execution efficiency.
- Coach and support retail store managers to deliver an excellent shopper experience and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in retail operations, FMCG, consumer electronics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail execution, merchandising, and new product launches.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or field sales agencies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
