LeadPoint Digital is growing and looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team in downtown Roanoke, VA. Account Managers work closely with clients and digital marketing specialists to develop and implement inbound strategies across a variety of businesses.
An ideal candidate would have a charming, positive personality and be an excellent verbal and written communicator. Their main goals would center around account management and digital marketing strategy/production. This position is in-person.*
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Regularly communicate with your client list and digital marketing team on the clients’ digital marketing program’s effectiveness and activity
- Collaborating with our digital marketing team by managing digital marketing schedules and production
- Assign and see-through production surrounding: social media calendars & content creation; content writing & publishing; SEO; keyword research & selection
- Review Google Ads performance, continuously optimizing to achieve client goals
- Develop project definitions and marketing programs to achieve client goals
- Compile reports from various platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing team is strongly preferred but not required
- Education in sales, marketing, or communication
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools & platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or other related field
- Is an outgoing, positive people-person with high social confidence and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to commute to our office in Roanoke is a must; this is an in-person position*
