We're looking for a highly analytical, early-career professional to join our Facilities team as a Procurement Analyst. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and driving operational improvements. You'll support capital planning, fleet analytics, and reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze facilities capital investments and fleet performance to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards and executive-level summaries.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance across facilities and fleet operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Perform data analysis using statistical and analytical tools, including R and SQL, to support business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement more efficient workflows and reporting solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Facilities, and Fleet teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across reporting.
- Support ad hoc analyses, forecasting, and special projects as business needs evolve.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field.
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of relevant analytical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience using R, SQL, Excel, or similar analytical tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
