Role Description The Total Wealth Management – Entry Position is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. The role involves supporting senior advisors with financial planning tasks, preparing meeting materials, and helping maintain up-to-date client records. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing client financial data and meeting with clients. Team members collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience and develop their skills across all areas of wealth management.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support comprehensive client wealth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information in accessible terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn financial planning software.
- High ethical standards, commitment to fiduciary principles, and interest in pursuing professional credentials (e.g., CFP®) over time.
