Our client is currently looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join their Corporate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working on complex transactions, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership while supporting the firm's financing strategy and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
· Support capital raising initiatives throughout the transaction lifecycle
· Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and company presentations
· Assist with financial modeling, valuation analysis, forecasting, and capital structure analysis
· Coordinate due diligence requests and manage transaction documentation
· Assist with strategic planning and corporate finance initiatives
· Help maintain relationships with financing partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
· Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and other ad hoc financial projects

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· 2+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, private credit or a similar financial environment
· Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
