About the Role
We're hiring a hungry, high-energy Founding Account Executive to join a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS startup backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Base10 Partners. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be one of the first sales hires on the US team, working directly with the Head of Sales and CEO to close deals and help build the sales playbook from scratch.

What You'll Do
- Own the full inbound sales cycle from first contact through close and onboarding
- Close 50+ new SMB customers per month with an average 7-day sales cycle
- Run product demos and convert warm signups into paying customers (70-75% demo-to-close rate)
- Keep CRM records clean and follow-up sequences sharp
- Contribute to building the inbound sales playbook — scripting, sequences, and process improvements as the team scales
- Work directly with leadership as one of the first US sales hires
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SMB SaaS
- High-volume, transactional sales mentality — comfortable closing 50+ deals per month
- AI-native — you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily workflow
- Hunger over pedigree — we care about energy, curiosity, and results
- Based in Miami, FL and able to work hybrid out of our Brickell office
- Startup mentality — you thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments

- $75K-$85K base salary with $130K-$150K OTE
