Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Warren, MI. This position is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients in the automotive sector. Day-to-day activities include handling inquiries, coordinating order details, tracking project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Account Manager collaborates closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues, prepare quotes, monitor pricing and margins, and support long-term customer relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, preparing customer reports, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

- Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
