Bad Behavior is a branded entertainment studio helping brands find their voices in short-form social. We produce original content series, influencer programs, and social campaigns for brands like Harry’s, American Eagle, Under Armour, and Benefit Cosmetics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
We’re a small team and growing. We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to work directly under our Head of Partnerships (me), someone who can help identify, pitch, and close new brand relationships while supporting the management of existing ones.
What you’ll do:
🟠 Help develop and manage a pipeline of prospective brand partners
🟠 Support outreach, pitching, and proposal development
🟠 Collaborate with the creative and production team to translate brand goals into content concepts
🟠 Stay plugged into the social and creator landscape to identify partnership opportunities
What we’re looking for:
🟠 2–4 years of experience in brand partnerships, branded content, or sponsorship sales in digital/social media
🟠 Strong communicator who can hold a room and write a compelling pitch
🟠 Fluency in short-form social; you know what’s performing and why
🟠 Comfortable in a small team environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
🟠 NYC-based
