Private Equity / Change Management consulting firm seeks Executive Assistant for their NYC office. This is a high-touch, high-performance environment, and this EA will be, in part, the “face” of the company when greeting clients, and must have a polished and confident presentation. S/he will also be tasked with shaping the office’s internal culture in a way that’s consistent with the company’s values. These include meeting exacting standards, realizing one’s full potential, and upholding high standards. Additionally, they must foster an atmosphere of warmth, trust and continual on-point collaboration.
Requirements
- BA/BS from competitive US college
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Operations mindset: can improve existing organizational systems
- Facility with MS Office Suite including Excel and CRM platforms
- Polished, professional presentation
- Ability to appropriately interpret both clear and nuanced messaging
- Adaptable to the needs of varied principals and appropriately manage competing demands
- Being good with the details. Someone who works with very few mistakes and who catches those made by others
- Exceptional time-management and project oversight capacity
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Remains calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple senior executives
- Coordinate travel, including detailed itineraries, flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa procurement
- Research and preparation for meetings
- Generate invoices in conjunction with finance team
- Process expense reports and confirm appropriate reimbursement for partners
- Data entry and upkeep for CRM platform
- Oversee NYC office (repairs, stocking supplies etc)
M-F 9am-5pm. Onsite with occasional flexibility to work remotely.
$125K/year + 15% performance-based bonus, medical insurance, 401k
