This role requires a strong creative eye, advanced motion design expertise, and the ability to bring stories and product moments to life through compelling visual execution. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who moves seamlessly between creative concepting, hands-on production, and detailed execution — understanding how motion, pacing, sound, typography, and editing choices shape the customer experience. They bring both creative judgment and operational discipline, ensuring every asset is visually strong, properly tracked, accurately versioned, and delivered on time in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities

- Translate original files and product narratives into compelling video and motion design assets
- Develop polished visual executions that support storytelling, product education, and customer engagement
- Edit and refine video content to improve pacing, clarity, visual quality, and overall impact
- Edit raw footage, screen captures, product demos, animations, and visual assets into cohesive finished videos
- Apply transitions, typography, motion effects, sound sync, color adjustments, and visual polish to meet quality standards
- Prepare video outputs for multiple formats, channels, and aspect ratios including customer presentations, marketing campaigns, and social platforms
- Ensure final deliverables are accurate, brand-aligned, accessible, and ready for stakeholder review or publication
- Apply strong visual design judgment across composition, timing, typography, hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, design direction, and product experience standards
- Identify opportunities to improve clarity, visual appeal, and customer relevance through motion and editing choices
- Manage production responsibilities including file naming conventions, asset organization, version control, and delivery tracking
- Maintain clear production timelines, milestones, deliverable schedules, and status updates across assigned projects
- Track feedback, revisions, approvals, and final outputs to ensure work remains accurate and organized
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, dependencies, and changes that may affect delivery quality or timing
- Partner with design, product, and business stakeholders to understand goals and translate feedback into effective creative execution
- Support reviews by preparing clear design options, revised cuts, and final motion and video assets for stakeholder evaluation
- Contribute creative recommendations that improve storytelling, customer understanding, and asset performance
