Overview: The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and approval requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining vendor account reconciliations, resolving invoice discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained, coordinating payments and organizing all accounts payable records within the accounting shared drive.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure W-9 is collected for each new vendor and information updated in system
- Receive and verify high volume of vendor invoices within the AP Mailbox
- Upload Invoices to AP software for Coding and Approval
- Verify employee's travel and expenses comply with T&E Policies
- Work with vendors and internal personnel to adjust discrepancies
- Upload a generous amount of purchase and freight invoices every month
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements escalating outstanding issues & discrepancies on a regular basis
- Reconcile intercompany sales and purchase invoices. Assist in intercompany balance reconciliations.
- Assist in Corporate Purchasing Card Reconciliations monthly
- Review and analyze A/P aging on monthly basis
- Communicate and work cross functionally with other teams for support
- Follow up on status of approval in a timely manner to ensure efficient payment of bills
- Coordinate with check signers on regular check run, ensure timely payments.
- Meet monthly reporting deadlines and provide assistance with month end closing.
- Any other projects assigned by management
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
- Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Adheres to company policy and confidentiality

In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $60k - $65k per YEAR. *Please note that this range is NOT inclusive of any other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence. Such details will be further communicated during the interview process and/or at the time of an official offer of employment.
